Bramble Park Zoo Houses over 500 mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish and invertebrates representing 130 varieties from around the world and those native to South Dakota. Children's Museum of Maine Features a wide variety of interactive exhibits and activities for children and families to inspire discovery and imagination. Healing Species Provides an 11-week violence intervention/character education program approved by the State Department of Education, used in scores of schools across South Carolina and now expanding to Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington and Arizona. Huntington Gardens Provides qualified scholars, the Huntington Library is one of the largest and most complete research libraries in the United States in its fields of specialization. Los Angeles Unified School District Oversees the largest (in terms of number of students) public school system in California and the second-largest in the United States. Mass Audubon's Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary Works to protect the nature of Massachusetts for people and wildlife. Oakland Zoo Houses more than 440 animals and managed by the East Bay Zoological Society. Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center Provides an area for outdoor education, field experimentation, environmental research and recreation on hardwood wetland habitat for people of all ages. REI Inspires, educates and outfits for a lifetime of outdoor adventure. Roger Williams Park Zoo Contributes to the conservation of the earth's dwindling natural resources and serve the community of Providence, Rhode Island, as a resource for education, economic development and recreation. USDA Forest Service, California Manages 20 million acres of National Forest land in California and assists the state and private forest landowners in California, Hawaii and the U.S.—affiliated Pacific islands. Zoo New England Operates Franklin Park Zoo in Boston, Massachusetts and Stone Zoo in Stoneham, Massachusetts, striving to be a pre-eminent conservator of endangered animal species, and to provide world-class resources for conservation education.
