What is your wish for this project?

During this project our goal was to educate educate the student body of the College of Lake County on the health and sustainability benefits of a vegan/vegetarian diet while handing out free vegan food samples on campus! Adopting a vegan/vegetarian diet reduces water waste as the amount of water to produce animal products far exceeds that of the water used to produce plant based products.

How did it go?

The event went really well! In the morning people didn't stop st our booth as much but in the afternoon we got groups of people at a time. We ran out of samples and people were very itnerested in learning about vegan/vegetarian diets.
