Olivia is a high school junior in Dexter, MI. She is passionate about equality, specifically girls and women’s rights to education. Currently, she is developing her own charitable organization called Good Spokes, that provides bicycles to people in developing countries for them to gain access to education, work, and healthcare. To date, she has raised around $2,500 to provide 16 bikes for this cause. During the summer, she volunteers at the Leslie Science and Nature Center camps, leading volunteers and helping kids discover nature. She loves kayaking, watercolor painting, and cuddling with her cats. This is her third year on the NYLC.
