Dylan Zajac

My name is Dylan Zajac and I’m the Founder & Executive Director of the non-profit Computers For People Inc. Computers 4 People (C4P) is dedicated to promoting equity and access to opportunity by providing computers to those who cannot afford to purchase them. Individuals and corporations donate used technology to Computers 4 People including laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, tablets, and monitors. Our team and volunteers refurbish the computers in our office located at 51 Newark St, Hoboken. We partner with 50+ non-profit organizations around NYC & NJ that nominate individuals in their programs to apply for a computer. Our clients include students of all ages, senior citizens, formerly incarcerated, homeless, refugees, families, individuals with mental health struggles, and other vulnerable populations. All C4P clients fall within the standards of extremely low-income (150% or less) according to the federal poverty index. Our services have allowed individuals in need to get jobs, access education, telehealth appointments, mental health and substance abuse programs, apply for housing, schedule vaccine appointments, and connect with family and friends. We have donated over 636 computers!
