| Biography |
After a chance encounter with Jane Goodall at an ESRI user conference in San Diego, California, Tatyana decided to get involved with Roots&Shoots. She studies Geographic Information Systems Technology at the University of Arizona but has enjoyed learning about subjects like Environmental Science and Entomology (the study of insects). She has internship experience as an environmental educator for high school students and loves supporting young students who are interested in learning about STEM majors. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature and reading about different cultures, flora, and fauna around the globe. She is also a fan of David Attenborough and eating her vegetables.
