The Problem
With this project we hope to make our students more aware and active towards environmental issues and to show that everyone of us owes to act resposibly towards community problems.
Our Plan
We will start by discussing the importance of water to human life in order to raise awareness. Students will talk about how they handle their everyday needs on the days there is a water supply cut. They will be asked to imagine how life would be if that was a long term condition. We will visit the recently built dam in our area and we will talk to the engineers who will give us more information about the rest water sources of our town. We will make posters, leaflets and we will sing to get our message across to the other members of our community.
