The Problem
Our wish for this ongoing project is to make a difference in the food insecurity of the people in our community. We wil look to raise awareness and empower students to act.
Our Plan
We will volunteer monthly at the Delaware Food Bank for 2 hours each time. We will collect pasta for their Thanksgiving Drive through a school-wide skating party as we charge admission of a box of pasta. We will attend the hunger conference sponsored by the Food bank to discuss and participate in ways to reduce food insecurity in our area.
