Our mission is to help homeless pets in local shelters find loving families and forever homes. We also want to educate our neighborhood about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets and that adopting a pet is a (pet's) lifetime commitment.
Over the course of the school year (roughly September - June) three different classes, one at a time, will create and maintain the website, add new pets periodically, update old entries, walk dogs, have fundraisers (like our Christmas doggie treats for dogs on death row drive), create and distribute posters and flyers at school and approved neighborhood events, and write letters to local politicians informing them of the problem and offering ways they can help.
