What is your wish for this project?
We will read "Have You Filled A Bucket Today? A Guide To Daily Happiness For Kids" by Carol McCloud and decorate bucket crafts to hang on the windows of the library. After doing an act of kindness for someone else, the child can pass on a kindness note that suggests the receiver of the note to do an act of kindness for someone else and pass on the note.
How did it go?
The children learned about the importance of kindness and helping others. Empathy and kindness helps create a stronger and more positive classroom community and more positive relationships. Through self-reflection and self-awareness, children learn and practice empathy and kindness.
