The Problem

The United Nations calculate that more than 3.4 million people have left Venezuela in recent years amid hyperinflation and food and medicine shortages. Colombia, which shares a long, porous border with Venezuela has seen the largest influx, and is now home to about 1,260,594 Venezuelans, the amount of Venezuelan people migrating to Colombia continue to grow and this has created a big crisis in major cities. These migrants comes with nothing, they need food, shelter, clothes, medicines and so on. Our wish for this project is to be able to help the migrants sending them supplies and clothes to mitigate their struggle.

Our Plan

The members will be collecting , sorting and packing all sort of supplies for the people of Venezuela that have migrated to Colombia. The supplies will be sent to the Red Cross and other institutions in Colombia that have been helping the people.
